—  Of the 6 days in the dessert, 3 were spent enjoying the desert and the dunes. For the other 3 days, it was not pleasant to walk through rocky fields. On the last night, we slept in an unshaded field next to a noisy road.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that some of the rockier sections and the last campsite didn’t meet your expectations. It’s true that the desert alternates between dunes and oases, but it also includes rockier stretches that can sometimes be less easy to drive on and monotonous. We trust our partners and guides—who are the most knowledgeable on the ground—to manage each leg of the journey and adapt the route based on conditions, the group’s needs, and skill level, in order to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. —  I'm not disappointed with my choice of destination, and I also appreciated the guide Eric MINA; however, once the trip was over, I realized that overall I had really paid too much for the service! In fact, even though I asked for an individual package, other hiking agencies in the past have charged me less for tailor-made tours. In conclusion, the general conditions of my stay do not justify your price. That's how I feel.

I understand your comment regarding the price. In your case, the cost is primarily due to having the guide exclusively at your disposal (whose fees are a significant expense), as well as the single room. These factors, combined with our operating costs, account for the final price.

We do everything we can to offer fair prices, keeping our margins at a reasonable level, in order to guarantee both the quality of the trip and fair compensation for our teams and partners.
