Walking among the magnificent landscapes of the Pyrenees

Whether you prefer self-guided walking or a guided hike, you will find a rewarding trip among our many destinations in south-western France. From Collioure to Cadaqués, follow in the footsteps of Picasso and Matisse, while mountain paths reveal 14th-century signal towers. On a walking trek from Gavarnie to Ordesa, your route reaches the magnificent Cirque de Gavarnie, whose ridges rise to 3,000 metres. Looking to spend time in nature? Walk in the Canigou massif, with its deep forests and remarkable flora. You can also explore the Auzat and Vicdessos valleys, close to Spain and Andorra.

The GR10: the Pyrenees' legendary trail

No account of the Pyrenees would be complete without the GR10, its celebrated long-distance trail. It crosses the entire range from the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea. We offer 2 varied sections through this beautiful wild mountain region. The first follows the GR10 from Hendaye to Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, also available with a guide. The 2nd section takes you through the heart of the route from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port to Etsaut, again with a guided option.

Cathar country and thermal baths in Ax-les-Thermes

History and relaxation meet across these appealing destinations. At the meeting point of Catalonia and Occitanie, marvel at the dramatic hilltop citadels: Quéribus, Peyrepertuse, Puilaurens, Montségur and Puivert hold remarkably preserved Cathar castles. Discover the history of south-western France and the Albigensian Crusade, and cross the impressive Galamus gorges. If walking is your priority, our trip through Cerdagne and Capcir takes you among the region’s lakes, forests and mountains, through traditional Capcir villages and to its natural baths and springs.

Looking for time to unwind? Our Cauterets and Gavarnie trip lets you explore the remarkable Pyrenees National Park before a well-earned rest in the thermal waters of a wellness centre. From Ax-les-Thermes, set out on treks to well-known places such as Étang des Bésines and Pic de Tarbézou, then relax in the spa town’s steam room, whirlpool baths or sauna after a full day of walking. In winter, we also offer a snowshoeing and wellness trip near Ax, combining snowy trails with naturally warm thermal waters.
