You have found an itinerary that already suits your group. Together, we check the date, the number of participants and availability. This option makes comparison easier, as the activity level and itinerary are clear from the outset.
Sometimes a stage, accommodation option or transfer needs adjusting. Tell us about your group’s usual preferences and any constraints to take into account. We will explain clearly what can be changed and what needs to stay in place to keep the trip coherent.
If you are not starting with an existing itinerary, send us a tailor-made travel enquiry. An initial description of your group, your preferred travel period and the activity level you have in mind helps us focus the discussion.
An established group already shares a history or an activity. The trip needs to respect that dynamic. A walking club will often look for a consistent activity level and clearly defined stages. An association or employee group may give more time to sightseeing and shared activities. A group of friends may want to keep more flexibility during the day.
For a walking trip, browse our small-group guided treks. Cycling groups can start with our selection of cycling trips. If you are deciding between travelling with a guide and exploring independently, also compare our guided trips and self-guided walking holidays.
These details give us a practical starting point for our first discussion. We then refine the itinerary with you, without assuming that all participants have the same preferences.
Leigh Ann 7/18/26 • Tour du Mont Blanc - Guided 10-Day
— This was one of the best trips of my life!! Physically, the hiking was challenging, but doable, which was what my party was looking for. Every minute of the day, the views were SPECTACULAR!!! Literally breathtaking. Our guide took great care of us and we LOVED our 3 course meals every night in the different, fascinating cities. We also met so many fun and friendly people on the Tour. Loved it all❤️

Jean_Louis 6/29/26 • Corsica: Northern GR20 with luggage transfers
— The route is as difficult as stated in the brochure, even dangerous in some sections, but extraordinarily beautiful, all the more so as we had good weather all week. The guide was friendly and attentive whenever one of us ran into difficulty, and the welcome at the refuges was warm. To be done by fit people who aren't prone to vertigo!
