Corsica brings together an exceptional variety of landscapes on a single island. In just a few hours of walking, you can go from alpine peaks to Mediterranean coves, from Corsican pine forests to hilltop villages steeped in history. The island also offers a network of waymarked trails among the most beautiful in Europe, from the legendary self-guided GR20 to the Mare e Monti trails linking the mountains and the coast. This destination combines physical effort with delights for the senses, with authentic local cuisine and characterful accommodation at every stage.
Our self-guided holidays give you complete independence while benefiting from our logistical expertise. We book your accommodation, plan your stages to suit your ability and provide a detailed route guide with maps, descriptions and practical advice. You set off when you like, walk at your own pace and enjoy your discoveries to the full without a fixed timetable.
Our Corsican team remains available 7 days out of 7 for advice or assistance. Luggage transfers are arranged between stages, so you carry only your daypack. This format is ideal for couples, friends or families who want a personalised adventure in Corsica.
The GR20, a legend of European trekking: We offer you the chance to discover this exceptional trail in sections, with the GR20 North (more technically demanding) or the GR20 South (more accessible), for a rewarding introduction to this legendary route.
The Mare e Monti trails, the authentic soul of Corsica: These traditional seasonal livestock routes connect the mountains to the sea, passing through traditional villages. From Corte to the Gulf of Porto, from Piana to Calvi, or from Porto Vecchio to Propriano via the Mare a Mare Sud, each itinerary reveals a different side of the island.
Corsica is best explored on a spring walking holiday (April-May), when the maquis is in bloom and fills the air with fragrance, or in autumn (September-October), with its golden light and mild temperatures. Walking in summer is also possible on coastal or high-altitude routes, with an early start recommended. Winter reveals an authentic, wild Corsica, particularly along the coastal trails.

For a first experience, choose the Mare e Monti trails, which offer a good balance between physical effort and discovery. Experienced walkers will favour the GR20, starting with the less technically demanding southern section. Trips last from 6 to 8 days, depending on the itinerary chosen. Our advisers help you select the route best suited to your expectations and fitness level.
Several of our walking holidays are ideal for families with children aged 12 and over. With their flexible stages and comfortable accommodation, the Mare e Monti trails allow younger travellers to discover all that Corsica has to offer. We adapt the distances and suggest additional activities (swimming and visits to heritage sites) to make the experience unforgettable for the whole family.
